WELCOME!

In 2011, the Issaquah City Council unanimously approved the Rowley Development Agreement, setting a shared long-term vision with Rowley Properties, Inc. for the transformation of nearly 80 acres in Hyla Crossing and Rowley Center to vibrant, mixed-use neighborhoods.

This phased redevelopment, guided by market conditions and community needs, is a generational investment and labor of love for Rowley Properties. With public input opportunities scheduled every seven years, community engagement remains at the heart of this effort.
